How do I become a Certified Customer Service Rep?
Easy! First you have to submit a Subcontractor Application. If you meet qualifications, we will send you
notification for an appointment. Next you will be assigned a unique contractor number. You will need that to
login our portal and for certification classes. Once you complete the class (and pass the test) you will
become a Certified CSR.
Are there benefits once you become an Subcontractor with eOffice Solutions LLC?
No. Our CSRs are Independent Contractors not employees. This means you are responsible for paying
taxes on the money you earn. You will receive a form 1099 from us at the end of the year, from which you
can file your taxes.
What is the starting pay, and how much can I earn doing this?
The starting pay varies - depending on the client. On average it’s $8 to $10 per hour. The money you earn
is only limited by your performance and how many hours you work. The better you perform the more
you earn.
Does this job involve selling?
Some of our clients do offer telemarketing opportunities, some involve customer service
support: billing questions and “how to’s.” It’s the what, when, why and how inquires. Most
of our clients have a combination of both types of service.
Are there any start-up costs?

How much time will training take?
The initial certification training will take 7 days. If you don’t pass the
assessment exam, you do have the option to retake the class.
