But you will find that working as an IC, servicing some of the coolest companies (we can’t name them due to our Non- Disclosure Agreement) in the country is very exciting and rewarding!  And, it’s  your own business. • Customer Service and/or technical support experience • Quick study - willing to learn; self-motivated • Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, browsers, Internet, and how PC applications function • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated self-starter, flexible, with ability to adapt to changes • Strong research skills • Strong troubleshooting skills (a plus!) *Incentives are paid only if you meet or exceed performance requirements.
